Electrician

Take on a long-term contract role with consistent work and weekly pay as an Electrician , supporting a busy bathroom refurbishment programme across North and East Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering essential electrical works within occupied social housing properties.You'll be working as part of a small two-person team, completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), installing electric showers, and carrying out associated testing. If you're looking for ongoing contract work with a steady workload, this could be the perfect opportunity.I'd love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Electrician , Electrical Tester, Approved Electrician or Inspection & Testing Electrician within social housing or similar environments.As an Electrician, you will be:Completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)Installing electric showers within domestic bathroomsRunning and terminating 10mm cabling for shower installationsCarrying out all associated electrical testing and inspectionsWorking across North and East Birmingham, attending site daily between approximately 7:30am and 4:30pmWorking independently or as part of a two-person teamI'd love to speak to anyone who has:ECS Gold Card2391 Inspection and Testing qualificationProven experience completing EICRs and electrical testingExperience installing electric showers and bathroom electrical worksA practical approach with the ability to work independentlyOwn vehicle and the ability to travel across the B19 and surrounding areasThe role is offering the following benefits:Weekly payLong-term, ongoing contractConsistent Monday to Friday workImmediate start available from 3rd AugustThis role is offering a day rate of around £245 per day .Location & travelThis Electrician role covers North and East Birmingham, with work taking place across occupied social housing properties. The area offers excellent transport links via the M6, A38 and A34, making travel between sites straightforward.
