Position: Part II Architectural Assistant DW47237Location: Sale, Greater ManchesterSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOEAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join an award-winning residential developer based in Sale, Manchester. The practice has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality listed building conversions alongside bespoke new-build residential developments, with around 100 projects undertaken each year.Joining a close-knit architectural team of approximately 10 professionals, the successful Part II Architectural Assistant will play a key role in the early design and planning stages of a diverse range of residential schemes. This position offers excellent exposure to planning, heritage projects and bespoke design, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive in-house design team. The successful candidate will primarily be working from RIBA Stages 0-4 and gain experience and exposure working within a multidiscipline team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of residential developments, including listed building conversions, bespoke new-build homes and heritage-led regeneration projects. Schemes vary significantly in both size and value, with every development individually designed rather than using standard house types.
