Join the team in Ealing, where you will play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing plant operates at peak efficiency. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work within a dedicated team, responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance across the production facility. You will be instrumental in keeping equipment running smoothly, safely, and efficiently while minimizing downtime.Key Responsibilities ? Carry out planned preventative maintenance to enhance machinery reliability. ? Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, and mechanical faults efficiently. ? React swiftly to breakdowns, minimizing disruption to production. ? Perform PLC fault-finding to input and output level. ? Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. ? Maintain a strong focus on safety standards, OEE performance, and CCO compliance.What Were Looking For We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You should have a strong electrical background and a passion for continuous improvement and hold some of the following qualifications; Time-served apprenticeship in electrical or multi-skilled engineering. BTEC/ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. C&G 2330 Level 3 Electro-Technical Certificate with NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance. HNC in Electrical or Production Maintenance Engineering (desirable).
