An exciting opportunity has arisen for Elevation Recruitment Group to support for an experienced Senior Property Administrator, to join a busy and growing property team. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive professional who can confidently manage complex administrative processes, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and support the operational delivery of a diverse property portfolio.

Working closely with Property Managers and senior leadership, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio, maintaining compliance, improving processes, and delivering an exceptional service to clients, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration of a residential and/or commercial property portfolio, ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and audit-ready.
  • \n
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and external stakeholders, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.
  • \n
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, monitoring contractor performance and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • \n
  • Manage compliance across the portfolio, including gas safety, electrical testing, fire risk assessments, EPCs, asbestos, and insurance documentation.
  • \n
  • Prepare tenancy documentation, renewals, licences, notices, and property-related correspondence.
  • \n
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and contractor payments while maintaining accurate financial records.
  • \n
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and portfolio performance by producing management information and operational reports.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support the implementation of best practices across the team.
  • \n
  • Assist with onboarding and mentoring junior administrators, providing guidance and support where required.
  • \n
  • Work collaboratively with Property Managers to ensure a consistently high level of customer service and operational performance.

About You

  • Significant experience in property administration, property management support, or a senior administrative role.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of property compliance requirements and associated documentation.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • \n
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing high workloads.
  • \n
  • A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • \n
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to suggest and implement process enhancements.
