About the Role:
\nWe're looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Services Administrator to join a friendly and supportive residential property team.
\nThis is a varied, desk-based role providing operational and administrative support across the tenancy lifecycle, working closely with the Property Services and Tenancy Management teams.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Managing third-party service bookings, including inventories, cleans and compliance appointments. \n
- Supporting tenancy renewals, new deals and terminations. \n
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and trackers. \n
- Liaising with landlords, clients, contractors and suppliers. \n
- Preparing operational reports and supporting end-of-tenancy processes. \n
- Ensuring deadlines are met and compliance requirements are adhered to. \n
About You:

- Previous administration or customer service experience. \n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Strong communication and time management skills. \n
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Proactive, professional and customer focused. \n
- Property experience is advantageous but not essential. \n
- Eager to learn and develop within a supportive team environment. \n
Package:
\n- \n
- £30,000 salary. \n
- 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays and birthday. \n

- Incentive trips throughout the year. \n
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm. \n
