Our client is currently recruiting for a Skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Swindon.

The Duties

\n
• Machine Operation: Setting up, adjusting, and repairing industrial machinery to meet output targets.
\n
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished components, keeping accurate records, and adhering to strict specifications.
\n
• Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely
\n
• Completing daily tasks and following production schedules
\n
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and efficiency
\n
• Supporting improvement projects and general factory operations
\n
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and hazard-free
\n

• Previous experience within a similar role
\n
• Great interpersonal skills
\n
• Articulate communicator
\n
• Hands on, a can do, get the job done attitude.
\n
• A team player who is able to motivate others
\n
• Health and Safety aware
