Personal Injury Solicitor – Birmingham

The Role

Our client is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join a busy and growing Defendant EL/PL team. You will manage a varied caseload of domestic and international EL/PL matters, including multi-track claims, acting on behalf of insurers and defendant clients.

This is a hands-on role offering strong technical exposure and the opportunity to work closely with senior colleagues on complex matters while maintaining autonomy over your own files.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims from instruction to resolution
\n
• Handle a mix of domestic and international matters across a range of insurance claims
\n
• Progress multi-track cases efficiently and commercially (depending on experience)
\n
• Collaborate closely with the hiring manager on case strategy and delivery
\n
• Provide clear, concise reporting to insurer clients and stakeholders
\n
• Maintain accurate file management, compliance and time recording
\n

About You

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with NQ – 5 years’ PQE
\n
• Strong defendant EL/PL experience
\n
• Experience handling multi-track matters is advantageous
\n
• Able to clearly demonstrate caseload experience
\n
