    Position: Support Worker (Female)*

    Vacancies: 2 x Full-Time Positions (30 hours/week)

    Location: Kinross

    Service Context: Supporting 4 adults (2 male, 2 female) living within a 24-hour supported living environment.

*Occupational Requirement: Due to the personal care requirements of the individuals supported within this service, this role is open to female applicants only.

Key Responsibilities\n

    Providing compassionate, high-quality support with all aspects of personal care.

    • \n
  • \n

    Safe administration of medication.

    • \n
  • \n

    Assisting service users with nutritional support and feeding.

    • \n
  • \n

    Promoting independence, dignity, and active involvement in daily life.

    • \n
What We Are Looking For\n

We are ideally looking for candidates with previous care experience who bring:

  • \n

    Proven experience in moving and handling.

    • \n
  • \n

    Confidence in medication management.

    • \n
  • \n

    Awareness of Dysphagia and managing safe eating/choking risks (highly desirable).

    • \n
  • \n

    A supportive, empathetic, and team-oriented mindset.

    • \n
Shift Patterns & Work Environment\n

This is a 24-hour continuous care service.

  • \n

    Shifts include sleepover duties (with 2 sleepovers scheduled per night).

    • \n
  • \n

    Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a 2:1 support team for complex personal care routines.
