Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Support Officer, Manchester City Council Pay rate to £23.10 per hour Contract roleVitalis are recruiting for an experienced ASB Support Officer to work in a Team in Manchester Council. This is an exciting and challenging role working in Manchester as part of a team responsible for tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB). You will be visible in your role and spend a significant amount of time in the community raising awareness of our service, offering support for individuals and helping to further develop relationships with a key partner.You will;\n

- apply a harm centred approach to your casework \n
- identify victims and perpetrators of anti-social behaviour \n
- assess vulnerability and make appropriate referrals for support \n
- work with the police to deliver ‘on street’ community safety interventions \n
- issue Community Protection Warnings / Notices when appropriate \n
- positively engage with perpetrators to promote compliance with positive requirements \n
- accurately record all interventions \n
- promote the work undertaken by the team through internal and external communications or events \n
- drive our partnership community safety van \n
