Compliance Analyst Belfast, Glasgow, Manchester, London or Edinburgh Hybrid & Flexible WorkingI'm working with a brilliant national law firm looking to expand their growing compliance function and bring on board a Compliance AnalystThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in legal compliance, AML, conflicts, CDD and KYC who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to develop their career within a well-respected firm.The Role?\n

• Conducting conflict of interest checks using specialist conflicts software.
\n
• Reviewing and assessing potential conflicts, liaising with fee earners and partners to reach commercial and compliant decisions.
\n
• Reviewing Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) documentation.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with AML regulations, SRA requirements and internal policies.
\n
• Carrying out company, sanctions and verification searches using a range of compliance databases.
\n
• Reviewing beneficial ownership structures and advising on more complex CDD requirements.
\n
• Undertaking Source of Funds (SOF) and Source of Wealth (SOW) reviews where required.
\n
• Supporting ongoing AML reviews for existing clients.
\n
• Working closely with lawyers and stakeholders across the business to provide practical compliance guidance.
\n
• Helping maintain high standards across client onboarding, risk management and regulatory compliance.
\n

About you?\n

\n
• Previous experience working within a law firm compliance, AML, Risk & Compliance or Business Acceptance team.
\n
• At least 12 months' experience conducting legal conflicts checks.
\n
• Experience reviewing CDD, KYC and AML documentation.
\n
• Strong analytical and research skills.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
\n
• The ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
\n
• Experience using legal compliance systems such as Intapp Conflicts would be advantageous, although not essential.
\n
