ASB Liaison OfficerLocation: East LondonRate: £26.40 per hour (Umbrella)Contract: 6-month ongoing contractHours: 35 hours per weekWorking Pattern: Monday to FridayKey Responsibilities\n

  • Investigate and manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases from referral through to resolution.
  • \n
  • Conduct interviews, gather evidence and prepare case files.
  • \n
  • Work closely with residents, the police, local authorities and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
  • \n
  • Carry out home visits, site inspections and risk assessments.
  • \n
  • Take appropriate enforcement action where required in line with legislation and organisational policies.
  • \n
  • Provide advice and support to victims and witnesses of anti-social behaviour.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure all actions are completed within agreed timescales.
  • \n
  • Attend case conferences, court hearings and partnership meetings where required.
  • \n
  • Promote safer communities through proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management.
  • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • Previous experience working as an ASB Officer, ASB Liaison Officer, Neighbourhood Officer or Housing Officer managing anti-social behaviour cases.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of housing legislation, ASB legislation and enforcement processes.
  • \n
  • Experience working within a Local Authority or Housing Association.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, investigation and case management skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise competing demands.
  • \n
  • Confident working independently and building effective relationships with residents and partner agencies.
