Client Relationship Manager - £28,000-£31,000 + BONUS

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager on behalf of a growing Social Media Management Agency based in Chessington. This is a very unique role working for a client who work within a niche industry; specialising in social media management. The role will be responsible for onboarding new clients, building rapport and keeping in touch with that client throughout.

Duties and expectations:

• Lead the onboarding process for a new client which includes all administration, building the rapport with the client and ensuring the management transition runs smoothly
\n
• Ensuring all compliance needed is completed
\n
• Keeping in touch with the client either weekly or bi-weekly for catch ups, updates and process management
\n
• Ensuring clients know their weekly to-do tasks on a Monday and keeping track of this to ensure progress of content is going to be completed to schedule
\n
• Identifying where any issues may arise
\n

Experience required:

\n
• Must have excellent relationship building skills and able to build rapport with people from all walks of life
\n
• Excellent organisation and timekeeping skills
\n
• Able to manage multiple clients at one time
\n
• Social media savvy, we require candidates to have knowledge of platforms such as Tiktok, X and Instagram
\n

• Well educated, minimum C Grades in maths & English
\n
• Must live within 45 mins of Chessington
