\nThe conveyancing team handles a broad range of residential property matters, providing clients with an exceptional level of service from instruction through to post-completion. The department works with individual clients, developers, and lenders on all aspects of sales, purchases, remortgages, and plot transactions.\n\n
\n
\nThe Role\n
\n
\nAs a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support fee earners throughout the entire conveyancing process, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and accurately. Your key responsibilities will include:\nAssisting with files from initial quotation through to post-completion\nPreparing and drafting documentation, correspondence, and contracts\nLiaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders\nManaging searches, Land Registry applications, and completion statements\nProviding high-quality administrative and client support to the conveyancing team\n\n

\nRequirements\n
\n
\nAt least 6 months' experience working as a Legal Assistant within a conveyancing team\nKnowledge of the full conveyancing process from instruction to completion\nPlot sales experience is desirable but not essential\nStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail\nAbility to work proactively and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues\nComfortable working predominantly office-based\n\n
