Support Worker - Brain Injury & Complex NeedsLocation: Canvey Island, Essex Shifts: Days Only - Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00am-8:00pm Superior Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to support an individual living with an acquired brain injury in the Canvey Island area. About the Role Working on a 1:1 basis, you will support the client both at home and within the community, delivering high-quality care tailored to their individual needs. Key Responsibilities: Providing personal care and daily living supportAssisting with mobilityEncouraging independence through motivation and positive engagementAdministering and supporting with regular medicationManaging and de-escalating behaviours that may challengeSupporting community access and social activitiesAbout You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience supporting individuals with brain injuries ( essential )Experience managing and de-escalating challenging behavioursConfidence supporting individuals with complex clinical needsA calm, patient, and resilient approach to careA genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred supportA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle ( essential )Full right to work in the UKWhy Join Superior Healthcare?
