User ResearcherNewcastle (Hybrid 3 days per week)£54,000 + Bonus + Excellent BenefitsI'm working with a global consultancy that's continuing to grow its Digital Experience and User-Centred Design capability and is looking to hire a User Researcher to join its Newcastle team.This is an opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation programmes across government and regulated industries, helping shape services that are genuinely user-focused.You'll work alongside multidisciplinary Agile teams, influencing product decisions through high-quality user research and insights.You'll be involved in:Planning, recruiting and conducting user research sessionsRunning remote and face-to-face research, analysing findings and presenting recommendationsTranslating user insights into actionable requirements for design and development teamsCollaborating with Product Managers, Service Designers and UX Designers within Agile delivery teamsChampioning user-centred design principles across complex digital transformation programmesWhat They're Looking ForCommercial experience working as a User ResearcherStrong knowledge of GDS and experience delivering to GDS standardsExperience working within Agile delivery teamsConfidence facilitating user research sessions and presenting findings to stakeholdersA passion for advocating for users and influencing product direction through evidence-based researchA portfolio demonstrating user research, user journeys, personas, usability testing and related UX artefactsThe Package:£50,000 - £54,000 baseCompany BonusPensionIf you're looking to join a consultancy where you'll work on meaningful digital services, collaborate with experienced multidisciplinary teams and continue developing your User Research career, I'd be happy to tell you more.TPBN1_UKTJ
