AssemblerSalary: Up to £30kLocation: NorthamptonshireShift Pattern: Monday Friday, 40 hours per weekOrion is partnered with a leading manufacturing business in Northamptonshire which is recruiting for an experienced Assembler to join their growing production team. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK and previous experience within a manufacturing or assembly environment.Assembler Duties:Assemble, wire, test and inspect precision instruments and componentsCarry out sub-assembly activitiesPerform duties including sensor fitting, pressure testing, helium leak testing, bead blasting and final inspectionMaintain assembly tools, equipment and workstations in line with housekeeping and Health & Safety standardsAccurately complete all relevant production paperwork and documentationAssembler Experience:Previous assembly experience within a manufacturing or high-technology/electronic production environmentMust have soldering experienceExperience working within a small-batch or precision equipment manufacturing environmentFlexible, reliable and committed to meeting production targetsIn return, the successful Assembler will join an innovative manufacturing business offering long-term stability, ongoing training and the opportunity to work on technically advanced products.
