Residential Block Manager

Blinky Property Solutions is a small company that provide Residential Block Management and also Maintenance services to a wide variety of clients.Our residential portfolio has grown in the last 18 months, through recommendations and word of mouth to the point that we are looking for a driven, proactive and experienced property manager to join our team.Your role would involve overseeing the day to day property management of our clients buildings, working alongside our team, this includes one of our company directors who currently oversees the management and also a dedicated service charge administrator who manages the issuing, collection and record keeping for our clients.As our portfolio develops we are working on implementing improved systems and processes as part of our management and your role will be central to helping establish those processes.Our approach to property management focuses on proactive compliance and maintenance working along side our inhouse maintenance team and external contractors. Working with our inhouse team means that we have direct means to plan, manage and understand the various challenges and works that modern block management presents.It is important to us as a company that our team are approachable, transparent and dedicated as this is central to our approach to property management as we work towards the remediation plans for our clients buildings and also expanding our portfolio.TPBN1_UKTJ
