\n\nWhat you'll do:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of Flow Credit, Flow Rates, Portfolio Optimisation, Equity, FX & EM, Treasury, DCM & Cash middle offices in London while maintaining oversight of Mumbai-based trade support teams. \n
- Support governance and control for all cross-border activities managed by regional teams within EMEA entities, ensuring adherence to functional policies and jurisdictional regulations. \n
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives, managing complex operational issues and escalating effectively when required. \n
- Maintain and strengthen collaborative relationships across Front Office, Operations, Finance Risk and Legal functions to foster strong inter-departmental connections. \n
- Lead the development of existing team members by nurturing talent and helping individuals reach their full potential through ongoing coaching and mentoring. \n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by designing and implementing robust control frameworks that mitigate operational risk challenges. \n
- Contribute actively to the wider management team's strategic agenda-setting and participate in cross-regional projects aimed at enhancing organisational capability. \n

- Commercial acumen with understanding of business economics, risk factors and P&L drivers relevant to financial services operations. \n
