We are currently recruiting Loader / Unloader Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Desford. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with ongoing work available for the right candidates.Pay Rate£12.71 per hour Shift PatternMonday to Friday08:30 – 17:00 Key Responsibilities - Unloading containers and trailers safely and efficiently- Manual handling of goods and products- Sorting, stacking, and moving stock throughout the warehouse- Assisting with goods-in and warehouse operations- Supporting picking, packing, and other general warehouse duties as required- Maintaining a clean and safe working environmentRequirements - Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential- Ability to carry out heavy lifting throughout the shift- Comfortable with repetitive manual handling tasks- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude- Ability to work effectively as part of a teamWhat We Offer£12.71 per hour- Ongoing work with immediate starts available- Consistent Monday to Friday hours- Weekly pay- Friendly warehouse environment- Opportunity to gain valuable warehouse experienceImportant Information This role involves regular heavy lifting, repetitive movements, and unloading containers by hand, so candidates should be comfortable with physically demanding work.
