An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate (1-6 PQE) to join the growing Manchester team of a leading national law firm.

This role is ideally suited to a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer with experience in retail property and/or landlord and tenant work, looking to develop their career within a busy, high-performing team acting for an impressive client base.

The Role

Working alongside highly regarded Partners, you'll advise a range of commercial clients on matters including:

• Retail property transactions
\n
• Landlord and tenant work
\n
• Asset management
\n
• Commercial development
\n
• Investment transactions
\n

You'll play an active role in supporting key client relationships while developing your own profile and business development skills, with genuine opportunities for progression as the team continues to grow.

About You

You'll have:

• 2-6 years' PQE in commercial real estate
\n
• Experience in retail property and/or landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
\n
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
\n
• A proactive approach and ambition to develop your career within a growing team
\n
