Key Responsibilities – Corporate & Commercial Law

• Mergers and acquisitions

• Business and share sales and acquisitions
\n
• Corporate restructuring and governance
\n
• Commercial contracts and trading agreements
\n
• Shareholder and investment agreements
\n
• Strategic business advisory work
\n
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
\n
• Support junior lawyers and contribute to team development
\n
• Help shape the direction of the corporate department

Your Profile

\n
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
\n
• Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law
\n
• Typically 3+ PQE+
\n
• Looking for a long-term platform
\n

Location Based in Exeter with hybrid working. Suitable for candidates in Devon or those relocating to the South West seeking better work-life balance without sacrificing career progression. This could also be Taunton based
