Associate Director

An ambitious and growing advisory firm is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its Restructuring & Insolvency team.

\n
• Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments.
\n
• Lead Administrations, CVLs, MVLs, and other formal appointments.
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other referral sources.
\n
• Identify and develop business development opportunities.
\n
• Review technical work and mentor junior team members.
\n
• Work closely with Partners on complex cases and strategic growth initiatives.
\n

\n
• JIEB qualified or actively studying towards qualification.
\n
• Strong background in UK corporate insolvency and restructuring.
\n
• Experience managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
\n
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development.
\n
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
\n

• Clear progression pathway to Director level.
\n
• Exposure to a varied range of restructuring and insolvency assignments.
\n
• Strong business development and leadership opportunities.
