Job Description
Reed in Teesside are working with a Teesside based client who are looking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of their dynamic business. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks including client communications, project coordination, and general office duties, ensuring efficient business operations.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle enquiries professionally. \n
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, directing enquiries as needed. \n
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients and maintain updated client records. \n
- Manage inboxes, direct enquiries appropriately, and respond to client queries with updates. \n
- Support project administration and track ongoing work progress. \n
- Liaise with internal team members to ensure effective communication. \n
- Schedule meetings, maintain diaries, and manage social media content scheduling. \n
- Update website content and perform other digital administrative tasks as needed. \n
- Support the Company Director with daily administrative tasks. \n
- Handle invoicing, manage invoice records, and track payments. \n
- Improve internal processes and provide general administrative support across the business. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent organisational and communication skills. \n
- Professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \n
- Experience in administrative roles, CRM, and social media platforms is desirable. \n
