Offering high-quality work, genuine career progression and a collaborative working culture, this role is ideal for an ambitious solicitor looking to take the next step in their career.The RoleYou will manage a varied employment caseload, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters while delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions.Your responsibilities will include:\n

• Managing a broad caseload of claimant and respondent employment matters.
\n
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
\n
• Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
\n
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice to both businesses and individuals.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional levels of service.
\n
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the highest standards of client care.

The CandidateApplications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors who can demonstrate:\n

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE in employment law.
\n
• Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
\n
• Strong advocacy and Employment Tribunal experience.
\n
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
\n
• The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
\n
• A proactive and commercially minded approach with a genuine commitment to client service.
