\n\nOr client are an established manufacturing business based in York who are looking for a skilled and motivated Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their successful engineering team.
\n\nDescription
\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving a variety of production and site equipment to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety.
\nThis role requires both electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities. \n
- Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults. \n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance. \n
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards. \n
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. \n
Profile

- The successful candidate will have; \n
- A recognised engineering qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-Skilled discipline). \n
- Previous maintenance engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment. \n
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. \n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team. \n
- A flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns. \n
Job Offer
\n\nSalary is ranging up to £55,000 per annum.
\nThis is a day shift based role however, they are looking for someone who will be open to a mixture of day and night shifts.
