\nThe Opportunity
\nMy client is seeking a Site Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the site team while building strong working relationships across the project and wider division.
\nOur Site Administrators are the backbone of our operations, ensuring projects run efficiently through effective administration and coordination. This role is suited to someone with excellent interpersonal skills, confidence in communicating with stakeholders, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nThe successful candidate will:

- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the project team, including contractual correspondence. \n
- Complete site inductions for new starters. \n
- Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems. \n
- Manage and control project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports. \n
- Prepare and maintain document templates and reporting standards. \n
- Print, copy and scan documentation as required, including handover information. \n
- Produce and distribute reports and supporting documentation for meetings. \n
- Maintain and update site and compound notice boards. \n
- Reconcile invoices (for example, goods received) and submit to Accounts. \n
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and post. \n
- Take and record messages accurately. \n
- Arrange and record travel bookings for site staff. \n
- Coordinate internal and external meetings. \n
- Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role as requested by the Project Manager. \n
Essential Criteria
\nApplicants must be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role. \n
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. \n
- The ability to work independently using their own initiative. \n
- Excellent communication skills. \n
- A professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills. \n
