Temporary Caretakers

PMR are currently looking to expand their pool of temporary Caretakers to join the agency, covering temporary assignments on a flexible basis.We are ideally looking for candidates with existing experience as a residential, hotel or school Caretaker. Knowledge of COSHH, general Health & Safety or building facilities/maintenance is highly beneficial.Assignments will mostly be short term, covering holiday and sickness cover predominantly, across the PMR client portfolio. We can offer work within all areas of London and surrounding, and can accommodate various working patterns, hours and other preferences.Rates vary from £12.71 - £14.80ph and candidates will be set up on a PAYE contract with the agency, which will also offer a pension scheme and accrued holiday payment.Potential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSweeping Jet washingLitter pickingBin Collections/MaintenanceLight Fixes (e.g. paint touch ups/light bulb changes/filling)Skills & Desired QualitiesExcellent spoken and written EnglishTimekeeping and OrganisationAdaptabilityTrade knowledge (not essential)COSHH training (not essential)Driving License (not essential but highly desirable)Applicants will be reviewed regularly, but please allow up to 2 weeks for contact.
