• Investment Bank in the City is looking for a Project Manager to come on board and work alongside the Chief Strategy Officer.
\n
• You will play a significant role in planning and delivering initiatives across the workforce and wider business operations.
\n
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious and eager to learn and working for a company who are going through a significant period of growth.

Key duties:

\n
• Provide support to the CSO with coordinating and tracking project and initiatives.
\n
• Maintain and track multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones and actions are clearly documented and monitored.
\n
• Preparing reports, presentations and briefing materials for senior stakeholders and leaders.
\n
• Liaising with teams and internal stakeholders across the business for information and updates in a timely manner.
\n
• Maintain project documentation registers and logs in line with company standards and being able to drive projects through in the absence of the CSO.
\n
• Contribute to the improvement of internal systems and processes.
\n
• Support of new tools and platforms which streamline and enhance productivity.
\n

The ideal candidate:

\n
• At least two years previous experience in a similar role, coming from a tech background and for a company with high-growth operations.
\n
• Excellent organisation skills and able to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines at any one time.
\n
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and the ability to produce high quality documentation and materials – high attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent IT skills in particular powerpoint and excel.
\n
• Interest and awareness of AI platforms and tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
\n
• Experience of using project and tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello or MS Project.
\n
• Data manipulation and visualisation tools.
\n
• Able to take initiative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
\n
• Proactive, real problem solver and solutions orientated.
\n
• Real team player and able to build up trust quickly at levels within the business.
\n
• Thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial unstructured environment.
\n
• Persuasive and being able to drive projects through.
\n
• Ambitious, with a desire to learn and develop a career in this field.
\n
• Degree educated - maths, computer science, science would be a real advantage.
