I am supporting an Engineering business in Northampton in their search for a Finance Manager. This is an exciting role for a qualified Accountant to take full ownership of the month end with good variety.

\nThe Finance Manager's duties will include but are not limited to:

- Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. \n
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support planning. \n
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. \n
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. \n
- Supervise and support the finance team in their daily tasks. \n
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives. \n
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. \n
- Prepare for and liaise with auditors during financial audits. \n
Profile
\nA successful Finance Manager should have:
\n- \n
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. \n
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). \n
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. \n
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ability to work on-site in Northampton five days a week. \n
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively. \n
Job Offer
