A modern forward-thinking firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. You’ll support a diverse portfolio of clients and, in the near future, step into an Accounts Manager position where you’ll take full ownership of your own portfolio.

About the Role:

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take on a key role in supporting managing a diverse client portfolio, delivering a full suite of accounting services, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support varied portfolio of clients

• Support junior staff by reviewing their work, providing feedback, and helping them grow their expertise.
\n
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships, offering clients a high level service and proactive advice.
\n
• Stay up to date with the latest accounting standards and regulations, ensuring client compliance and best practices.
\n

Successful Candidate:

\n
• ACA/ACCA qualified (or qualified by experience)
\n
• Solid understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance.
\n
• Proven ability to support a client portfolio
\n
• Strong communication skills
\n

Package:

• £48,000 - £58,000
