\nAs National Fleet Transport Manager, you’d be the driving force behind the efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness of all vehicle operations. Ensuring every vehicle is in peak condition, every journey is compliant and safe, and every pound spent delivers maximum value. Your work would directly impact the businesses ability to serve customers, meet deadlines, and maintain a reputation for excellence.
\nWhat You'd Do

- National Fleet Transport Manager will oversee the procurement, leasing, and disposal of vehicles to ensure the fleet meets operational needs and budget targets. \n
- Manage a mixed fleet of LCV, LGV and Van’s across multiple sites. \n
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. \n
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, maintenance providers, and leasing companies. \n
- Monitor fleet performance using telematics and data analytics to reduce downtime, fuel consumption, and operating costs. \n
- Implement driver training programmes to promote safety, efficiency, and compliance with legislation. \n
- Maintain accurate records for inspections, repairs, insurance, and licensing. \n
- Lead initiatives to transition towards greener, more sustainable fleet solutions. \n

- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills. \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and implement improvements. \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to lead and inspire a team. \n
Outline Salary and Package:
\nAnnual Salary £50k to £70k dependent upon experience + usual benefits.
