This excellent firm are looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join their busy and growing department.

About the role:

Assisting and advising clients on a wide variety of matters, including:

• Contentious probate
\n
• Debt claims
\n
• Contract claims
\n
• landlord and tenant disputes
\n
• Property disputes
\n
• Shareholder disputes
\n

About the day to day:

\n
• Interviewing clients to take instructions
\n
• Advising clients and discussing plans and progress
\n
• Keeping clients fully informed about their matter
\n
• Ensuring that all information is recorded accurately and thoroughly
\n
• Dealing with client queries quickly and efficiently
\n
• Complying with quality standards and with department procedures
\n
• Supporting growth by being actively involved in business development
\n

About the candidate:

\n
• MUST be qualified with 3+ years PQE
\n
• Comfortable working as part of a large, collaborative team
\n
