As an international manufacturer, the company is committed to investing in its people, providing extensive training and opportunities for career progression.What's in it for you as Engineering Maintenance Lead:Basic salary circa £63k+ per annum plus bonusTraining and career development, including health and safety training, management trainingJob security and personal development within a market leading, international manufacturing organisationHours of work - 4 on 4 off days and nights - 6am to 6pm, 6pm - 6amAttractive Benefits: Pension up to 10%, premium overtime rates, and an extensive benefits programmeState-of-the-Art Facility: Work in a brand new, modern manufacturing environment alongside a skilled team of engineers in a permanent role.Key Duties of Engineering Lead:Managing the assignment of either electrical or mechanical workload across the departmentUndertaking improvement projects working closely with central project engineering teamsDeputy to maintenance manager, taking control of staff during when absent or off siteResponsible for subcontractor management and safetyResponsible for identifying and eliminating recurring plant issues through engineering improvementsResponsible for driving improved plant reliability through best practiceExperience and Qualifications Required:Engineering qualified NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification - Mechanical or Electrical - MultiskilledStrong Environmental Health and Safety awarenessPrevious experience as an Engineering Shift Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager etcAwareness of manufacturing costs and cost controlPrevious experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environmentPrevious experience of the development and application of PPM activitiesIf you're ready to join a market-leading company with a focus on innovation and employee development, we want to hear from you!TPBN1_UKTJ
