Office & HR AdministratorHigh Wycombe | Up to £27,000 | Full-Time | Office-BasedAre you an organised administrator who enjoys variety, thrives on keeping things running smoothly and wants to be part of a friendly, well-established engineering business?We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected precision engineering company that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke solutions to customers across Formula One, motorsport, aerospace, automotive, defence and advanced manufacturing.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a growing business, where no two days are the same and your contribution will genuinely make a difference.The RoleAs the Office & HR Administrator, you'll become the backbone of the business, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing valuable administrative support across HR, payroll and the wider business.You'll work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, ensuring everything from employee records to office administration is organised, accurate and up to date.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming telephone enquiriesManaging general office administration and maintaining office suppliesSupporting payroll administration through timesheet processingMaintaining accurate employee records and HR documentationAssisting with onboarding administration and recruitment coordinationSupporting the maintenance of training and compliance recordsWorking with colleagues across the business to provide administrative support where neededUsing Microsoft Office and modern AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline administrative processesHelping ensure the office remains organised, professional and efficientAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is naturally organised, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their workload.You'll ideally have:Previous experience within an office administration roleExcellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office applicationsAn interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivityThe ability to prioritise a varied workload and work independentlyA positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to support the wider teamExperience supporting HR administration or payroll would be advantageous but is by no means essential.What's on Offer?Salary up to £27,000 , depending on experienceCompany pensionPrivate medical insuranceFree on-site parkingA stable, growing engineering business with an excellent reputationA varied role where you'll gain exposure across administration, HR and business operationsLong-term development opportunities within a supportive teamIf you're looking for a role where you'll be trusted, valued and given the opportunity to broaden your skills within a successful engineering business, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
