Residential Architect | London | Full Time | £40,000 £47,000 per annum, DOEOur client is a small, design-led architecture practice specialising in high-quality bespoke residential and smallmedium-scale projects. They are a studio in North London that values thoughtful design, technical excellence, and close collaboration across all stages of delivery.Working closely with the Director and Senior team, you will take responsibility for running projects from early concept through to completion, gaining full exposure across all RIBA stages with genuine ownership and autonomy.Whats On OfferDiscretionary annual bonus20 days annual leave plus bank holidaysFlexible/hybrid working available post-probationRegular CPD and professional development supportExposure to full project lifecycle, including planning, technical design, and site deliveryFriendly, close-knit studio culture with strong design valuesOffice dogRequirementsEssentialExperience delivering residential and/or bespoke smallmedium scale projects (a must for this role)Strong Revit proficiency5+ years UK experience post-Part 2 in architecture, architectural technology, or project running rolesProven ability to work through RIBA Stages 06, ideally with full project delivery experienceStrong technical detailing and construction drawing capabilityOrganised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple project demandsComfortable working within a small, collaborative studio environmentDesirableKnowledge of JCT contracts and contract administrationThe RoleRunning and managing residential projects from concept through to completionLeading projects across all RIBA Stages (06)Producing and coordinating detailed Revit drawing packages from concept through to constructionManaging consultant coordination, including structural engineers and MEP teamsSupporting and administering projects under JCT contractsConsultant coordination is importantOverseeing technical design development and construction detailingEnsuring successful delivery of projects on site in line with design intent and programmeContributing to internal design reviews and project problem-solvingWhats next?
