You'll work independently across your designated area, delivering a professional service while representing our values and commitment to customer care.What you'll be doing Routine servicing of heating systems across housing association propertiesDiagnose and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to residentsCarry out compliance checks (e.g., gas safety, electrical testing, equipment inspections) in line with regulatory standardsWhat we're looking for Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)Previous servicing experience across various boilersValid UK driving licence (essential)Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacitySolid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standardsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyA professional and friendly attitude with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and tenantsWhy Join UsYou'll be part of a supportive team that values expertise, reliability and great customer service.
