£45,000–£55,000 base, £12,000 OTE uncapped, £550 car allowance, 55p per mile.Territory across the East Midlands, covering Peterborough, Leicester and NorthamptonThis is a role where your experience in a dealership actually counts. You will be speaking the same language as aftersales directors, not trying to learn it on the fly. There is a strong existing portfolio of around 550 live accounts, so you walk into relationships, revenue and real influence from day one.It is largely account management, but not in a passive sense. You will have the space to operate strategically, working both top down with large dealer groups and bottom up with underperforming sites. There is also a clear product roadmap, including a new interest-bearing offer launching later this year, giving you something meaningful to take back to your network.What you'll be doingManaging and growing a portfolio of circa 550 dealer accounts across your regionBuilding credible, director-level relationships with aftersales leaders in major dealer groupsRe-engaging underperforming sites using data and insight to drive revenueIdentifying and converting a small number of high-value new business opportunitiesWhat you'll need to bringFranchise dealer aftersales experience, ideally as a Service Manager or similarConfidence operating with senior stakeholders and challenging on value, not priceA consultative, commercially aware approach to account managementA track record of influencing performance, not just maintaining relationshipsWho they areThey are an established fintech operating within automotive retail, focused on making repair costs more manageable for customers while helping dealers increase revenue and retention. The business has recently restructured its sales function to create true product specialists and is continuing to invest in both product innovation and market share.
