As a Room Leader, you will:Plan and deliver activities that meet childrens developmental needsProvide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standardsMonitor, record, and celebrate milestones in childrens developmentCommunicate effectively with families to build strong relationshipsLead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learningEnsure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policiesAbout YouWere looking for someone with:Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification essentialPrevious experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protectionExcellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood educationA commitment to delivering the highest standards of careTPBN1_UKTJ
