You will be required to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK.Pay & Hours: £13.70 per hourVarious hours availableNights and DaysShift Pattern - Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (every other weekend)The Role:Assisting with a variety of care needs and enable our service users to live fulfilling lives, including: Personal care (washing, dressing, oral hygiene)Assist with preparing meals and drinks to better our residents' overall nutrition.Participate in and support activities for our residentsAssist with mobility and transferring safely e.g. from bed to chairObserve and record clients' physical and emotional well-being reporting any changes.We provide full training so don't worry If you are new to the care sector, if you have the right qualities to care we would love to hear from you.Maintain and develop professional relationships with familiesCompleting all relevant paperwork in a timely mannerReporting any safeguarding concernsPromote independence of our residents at all times to improve their quality of lifeRewards & Benefits:We believe great work deserves great rewards. It compromises of 4 accessible bungalows and 2 flats providing accommodation for up to 31 individuals aged from 18 years.
