If so, apply today to work as an HGV Weekend Driver for our client, a logistics and distribution company responsible for transporting goods between warehouses, suppliers, and customers.Staffline is recruiting Weekend Drivers in Sittingbourne.NEW EXCITING RATES!!!!Saturday and Sunday days £19.11 per hourSaturday and Sunday nights £22.58 per hourPotential hourly rate with consolidated rates £21.00 - £25.30 per hourVarious start times are available, Ad-hoc shifts.Your Time at WorkAs a HGV Weekend Driver you will be responsible for:- Operating articulated heavy goods vehicles.- Planning and following assigned routes, ensuring timely deliveries while complying with road safety regulations and traffic laws.- Carrying out daily vehicle inspections (walkaround checks) before and after journeys to ensure roadworthiness.- Assisting with loading and unloading goods when required, ensuring items are handled safely and correctly.Our Perfect WorkerOur perfect worker will have 6 months of class 1 driving experience, CPC and a tacho card.
