Position SummaryWe are seeking a Data Security & Delivery Strategist / Lead to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of data security solutions for clients. This role blends deep data security architecture expertise with strategic advisory, helping clients define operating models, refine processes, and select tooling across discovery, classification, DLP, encryption, and governance. You will engage with senior stakeholders (CISOs, DPOs, CTOs) and work across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Based in London with hybrid working.What youll doBuild and maintain client relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, DPOs, CTOs, Architecture Leads, Heads of Data Security)Define functional and non-functional requirements for data security solutions (discovery, access governance, classification, DLP, encryption, masking, monitoring, compliance)Develop next-gen use cases covering data security posture management and AI-related scenariosPerform maturity and gap assessments at the data security domain levelDefine target states and pragmatic capability roadmapsProduce client-facing materials: proposals, deliverables, executive presentations, go-to-market plansWork with alliance partnerships to create and convert a pipeline of opportunitiesSupport implementation of data security operating models (people, process, technology)Deliver solution delivery projects under complex, time-pressured conditions using standard project management approachesShape market strategy based on observed cyber security and data protection trendsWhat were looking forProven ability to build and grow client relationships, both within and outside engagement deliveryLong-standing data security experience and an established client networkStrong capability to produce clear, professional client materials (proposals, solution documentation, presentations)Experience with both waterfall and agile methodologiesExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills (CISO to Developer level)Commercial acumen: proposals, cost estimates, compelling commercial offersKnowledge of operating model design and roadmap developmentBroad data security expertise across: discovery, classification, DLP, posture management, encryption, masking, governance, and privacyPractical experience with tools such as Microsoft, Broadcom, ForcePoint, Varonis, BigID, KeyFactor, HashiCorp Vault, AWS KMS, Azure Key VaultStrong experience in cloud hosting (especially Microsoft Azure) and integration of data security controls across hybrid/multi-cloud environmentsUnderstanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and governance frameworksDesirable: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering; experience in digital transformation environmentsWhats on offerOpportunity to shape data security strategy within a leading cyber practice (450+ UK cyber specialists, 7,500+ in Technology & Transformation)Significant professional development, research freedom, and exposure to cutting-edge data protection challengesA collaborative, inclusive culture with hybrid working (London-based) and focus on wellbeingReturn-to-work support available for those returning after a career break of two years or moreValues-driven environment: lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, collaborate for measurable impactTPBN1_UKTJ
