Paid Media SpecialistManchester | Hybrid | £30,000 - £35,000 + BenefitsAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to join a growing digital marketing agency based in Derbyshire.We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media professional with strong experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads , alongside exposure to wider Paid Social platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients while working within a collaborative and ambitious digital team.The RoleYou'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimising multi-channel paid media campaigns, ensuring clients achieve the best possible return on investment.Key responsibilities include:Planning and managing Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)Building, optimising and scaling campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and Performance MaxManaging Paid Social campaigns and ideally working across platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest and SpotifyMonitoring campaign performance and making data-driven optimisation decisionsManaging budgets, bidding strategies and audience targetingProducing insightful campaign reports and presenting recommendations to clientsSupporting the onboarding of new client accountsKeeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updatesAbout YouYou'll have:At least 3 years' commercial experience within Paid Media, PPC or Performance MarketingStrong experience managing Google Ads and Meta AdsExperience across additional Paid Social platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads or Spotify Ads would be highly advantageousKnowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion trackingExcellent analytical skills and a passion for performance marketingStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyGoogle Ads and Meta certifications are desirable but not essentialAgency experience is beneficial but we're also keen to hear from strong in-house candidatesWhat's on OfferSalary of £30,000 - £35,000Hybrid workingOngoing training and career developmentGenuine progression opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentExcellent benefits packageKeywords: Paid Media, PPC, Paid Social, Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads, Spotify Ads, GA4, Google Analytics, GTM, Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, Digital Marketing.TPBN1_UKTJ
