You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding and repairing commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems across a portfolio of commercial sites throughout North and North West London. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on commercial air conditioning systems * Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on a variety of HVAC equipment and associated controls * Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current legislation, industry standards and best practice * Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and site contacts * Liaise with the service desk and management team to ensure the efficient delivery of maintenance services * Complete accurate service reports and recommend remedial works where appropriate * Keep management informed of job progress, site issues and additional work requirements * Participate in an out-of-hours emergency call-out rota About You Essential Proven experience within the air conditioning or HVAC industry Strong knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems and associated controls Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills F-Gas Category 1 qualification Full UK driving licence Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Desirable Electrical qualification Health & Safety training or qualifications Previous experience in a mobile engineering role
