An established, multi-disciplinary architectural practice is looking to recruit an experienced Project Architect to join its busy Northampton studio. With an extensive portfolio spanning more than 50 years, the practice works across a broad range of sectors including industrial, education, hospitality, leisure, research and development, public sector and residential projects, with schemes ranging from £500k to over £200m.

The Role

\n
    \n
  • Manage projects through all RIBA work stages.
  • \n
  • Produce and coordinate design and technical information.
  • \n
  • Lead project delivery from concept to completion.
  • \n
  • Work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams.
  • \n
  • Deliver projects using Revit as the primary software.
  • \n
  • Prepare presentations and project documentation.
  • \n
  • Support junior team members where required.
  • \n

What we're looking for

  • Qualified Architect with proven project delivery experience.
  • \n
  • Strong design, technical and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Excellent Revit proficiency.
  • \n
  • Experience coordinating consultants and project teams.
  • \n
  • Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • \n
  • Positive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • \n
  • Keen to continue developing professionally.
  • \n
