Project ArchitectLocation: NorthamptonSalary: £45-50,000
\nAn established, multi-disciplinary architectural practice is looking to recruit an experienced Project Architect to join its busy Northampton studio. With an extensive portfolio spanning more than 50 years, the practice works across a broad range of sectors including industrial, education, hospitality, leisure, research and development, public sector and residential projects, with schemes ranging from £500k to over £200m.

The Role
\n- \n
- Manage projects through all RIBA work stages. \n
- Produce and coordinate design and technical information. \n
- Lead project delivery from concept to completion. \n
- Work closely with clients, consultants and internal teams. \n
- Deliver projects using Revit as the primary software. \n
- Prepare presentations and project documentation. \n
- Support junior team members where required. \n
What we're looking for

- Qualified Architect with proven project delivery experience. \n
- Strong design, technical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Excellent Revit proficiency. \n
- Experience coordinating consultants and project teams. \n
- Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders. \n
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Positive, collaborative approach to teamwork. \n
- Keen to continue developing professionally. \n
