Alice Rose Recruitment is working with a well-established Building Services provider to recruit a Technical Services Manager for a prestigious mixed commercial and residential portfolio in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, Engineering Manager or Technical Supervisor looking to progress into a Technical Services Manager position with genuine long-term career prospects. Package * Salary up to £62,000 * Monday-Friday * Central London portfolio * Career progression opportunities * Ongoing training and development * Pension scheme * Company benefits The Role You’ll take responsibility for the technical delivery of the contract, managing a team of 1 Supervisor and 3 Engineers while ensuring compliance, client satisfaction and high engineering standards across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the on-site engineering team * Manage specialist subcontractors * Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance is delivered * Maintain statutory compliance and health & safety * Review RAMS and Permit to Work documentation * Build strong client relationships * Support engineers with technical issues * Monitor KPIs and service delivery * Produce reports and attend client meetings Requirements * Experience managing engineering teams within commercial building services * Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services * Experience working within commercial properties * Good understanding of compliance and statutory maintenance * Experience managing subcontractors * Strong client-facing communication skills * Mechanical or Electrical qualifications preferred Whether you’re an experienced Site Manager looking for your next step or an existing Technical Services Manager looking for a new challenge, we’d like to hear from you.
