They work with ambitious brands across a range of sectors and have built a strong reputation for delivering results-driven paid media campaigns.They're growing and looking for a Paid Media Executive to join the team someone who genuinely loves the blend of creativity and data that makes paid media tick.What you'll be doing:Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedInSupporting campaign builds, ad copy creation and creative testingMonitoring performance and reporting on CTR, CPA, ROAS and other key metricsHelping with budget management and identifying opportunities to improve performanceWorking closely with a talented, collaborative teamWhat they're looking for:2-3 years' experience in a paid media or PPC roleGood understanding of Google Ads and paid media principlesComfortable working with data and presenting insightsA creative mindset with a curiosity for testing and improvingAgency background preferredGoogle Ads certification a bonusSalary : £28,000-£32,000 DOELocation : Warwickshire - 3 days in the office, 2 days from homeSound like you?
