Our client is a national contractor undertaking commercial, refurbishment and mixed-use schemes across the country.The need now exists for a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager to join the team on a hotel scheme in Perth.They're converting an office building into a hotel.The position will report into the Project Director.They require this individual to have previous experience on refurbishment, fit out or hotel projects.In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £65k - £70k + full package & bonus.TPBN1_UKTJ
