By using clever tech like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels and EV chargers, we're making it cheaper and easier for our customers to reduce their carbon-footprint.We're looking for a Product and Pricing Systems Specialist to join our Product & Pricing Change Delivery team, with a dedicated focus on product and pricing delivery.This is a high-impact role at the centre of our product, pricing and technology landscape acting as the bridge between teams' technical delivery teams and our commercial and pricing peers , ensuring strategies are translated into accurate, high-quality system solutions.If you enjoy combining commercial thinking, technical problem-solving, and delivery ownership, this role offers the opportunity to shape how products and pricing works in practice across millions of customers.Here's what you'll be doing:Own product and pricing delivery end-to-end Lead the delivery of product and pricing changes from idea through to releaseEnsure changes are implemented accurately across Salesforce systemsTake ownership for delivery outcomes, quality, and timelinesManage stakeholder engagement Work closely with pricing teams to turn pricing models into system solutionsWork closely with product teams to turn commercial asks into system solutionsAct as the "translator" between commercial intent and technical executionEnsure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned to system capabilityUnderstand products and pricing at a deep level Build strong knowledge of products, pricing models, drivers, and logicAssess how changes impact: overall pricing levelscustomer outcomesSpot risks, unintended impacts, and improvement opportunities earlyLead testing, quality & controls Define and execute robust testing approachesEnsure pricing outputs are accurate, consistent, and defendableMaintain strong audit trails, documentation, and governance standardsUse data to validate outcomes Analyse and manipulate data to: validate outcomesinvestigate issuessupport decision-makingTurn data into clear insight for stakeholdersResolve issues and improve continuously Lead investigation of defects and production issuesDrive fixes to root causeIdentify opportunities to improve product and pricing delivery and systemHere's what we're looking for: Experience delivering complex system or pricing change end-to-endStrong understanding of how pricing model and mechanisms work in practiceAbility to bridge commercial and technical conversationsStrong focus on testing, quality, and attention to detailConfidence working with data to analyse and validate outcomesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience with Salesforce platforms within a development role.Why this role is different: You won't just deliver tickets - you'll shape how delivery works end-to-endYou'll work at the intersection of commercial strategy and system deliveryYou'll play a key role in major transformation work (including new platforms and migration)You'll have real visibility and impact on customer outcomes and commercial performanceWhy should you apply?We're not a perfect place - but we're a people place.
