Commercial Property Locum

Location: Derby or NottinghamSalary: £45-£50 per hourContract: 3-Months | Immediate Start CRA Consulting is currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to provide immediate support to its busy Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced locum looking for a quality assignment with a firm that offers a supportive working environment and a varied caseload.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, providing support to the wider team during a period of increased workload. The successful candidate will be expected to work with minimal supervision and deliver a high standard of client care from day one. The caseload is likely to include:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Commercial leases, including grants, assignments and renewals
\n
• Landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Property refinancing and secured lending transactions
\n
• Development and investment work
\n
• Asset management matters
\n
• General commercial property transactions for a broad range of business clients
\n

To be considered for this opportunity, you will:

\n
• Be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or an experienced Commercial Property Locum with strong technical knowledge.
\n
• Have previous experience managing a commercial property caseload independently.
\n
• Be confident handling files with minimal supervision.
\n
• Be available to commence the assignment immediately or at short notice.
\n
• Possess excellent communication and client management skills.
\n

• Location: Derby and/or Nottingham
\n
• Contract: 3 months (with the potential for extension)
\n
• Rate: £45-£50 per hour, depending on experience
\n
• Start Date: Immediate
\n
• Working Arrangement: Office-based working is preferred, although hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate.
