Requirements:

• CIPD qualified (MCIPD/FCIPD) or equivalent

• Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site environment

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, TUPE, and stakeholder management

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Proven ability to influence, build relationships, and drive change
